type='text'>Diabéticos</title><content type='html'>&lt;b&gt;Ontem a noite(16/11/2010) no programa do Jô Soares,foi entrevistado o endocrinoligista Dr Carlos Eduardo Barra Couri falando sobre o transplante de célula-tronco em diabéticos.A pesquisa foi aprovada pela ANVISA no final do ano passado,e &lt;br /&gt;também pela FDA,nos EUA.&lt;br /&gt;O médico contou que o transplante já foi realizado em 25 pacientes com diabetes tipo 1,sendo que 21 pacientes não fizeram mais uso de insulina.&lt;br /&gt;Bem interessante para nós diabéticos,que vivemos aguardando uma cura para nossa Pois bem, para você que vive arrumando desculpas para não fazer nenhum tipo de&amp;nbsp;exercício procurei algumas atividades facéis na internet e vou compartilhar com vocês.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 100%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Musculatura do peito&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 - Faça flexões apoiando a ponta dos pés e as duas mãos no chão. Comece com duas séries de cinco a oito vezes. Depois aumente para três séries de 10 a 15 vezes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 100%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Musculatura das costas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 - Apoie a perna e o braço esquerdo na borda de uma cama ou mesa. E com a perna direita apoiada no chão, faça movimentos como se estivesse “remando” com o braço direito. Segure pesinhos de dois quilos. Faça três séries de 15 vezes de cada lado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 100%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Musculatura dos ombros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 - Em pé e braços esticados, faça movimentos para cima e para baixo segurando pesinhos de meio quilo em cada mão.
